Course Registration:

  1. Course Registration Fee - Rs. 10,000 by 31st January 2024
  2. Release of Selected Candidate List - by 11th February 2024
  3. Payment of Fees Installment 1 (Rs. 1 lakh) & Fee Installment 2 (Rs. 1 lakh) - by 18th February 2024
  4. Course Begins - 1st March 2024
  5. Payment of Fees Installment 3 (Rs. 1 lakh)- by 15th March 2024
  6. Payment of Fees Installment 4 (Rs. 1.03 lakh) by 31st March 2024
  7. Refund of Registration Fees, after the deduction Rs. 1000 as processing Fee, of Not Selected Candidates - by 15th February 2024


Terms & Conditions

  1. Course is offered in online mode with 5 days of on-campus program at IIT Goa.
  2. Selected candidates will make their own arrangements for travel and stay for the on-campus program. Lunch and refreshments will be provided during the 5 days.
  3. Course fees paid is non-refundable but can be transferred to another candidate subject to meeting eligibilty and selection criteria.
  4. Failure to pay fees, installments of fees by the deadlines will result in deregistration from the program "Executive PG Diploma in ERS"
  5. IIT Goa will award "Executive PG Diploma in ERP" subject to scoring at least 55% marks in assessment.
  6. SAP will award a SAP certification subject to candidate clearing the certification exam.
  7. Candidates must use their own laptop on desktop PC to atttend lab sessions.
  8. SAP Modules will be conducted by ERP logic India Pvt. Ltd., an education partner of SAP India Pvt. Ltd.


Registration Procedure

Interested applicants are encouraged to register by following the steps below.

  1. Step-1: Register at the application portal (https://iitgoa.ac.in/IITGoa_SAP/COURSE/) using a valid email ID. You will get an application number upon successful registration. The application number will be needed in Step-2.
  2. Step-2: Pay the requisite Registration Fees (Rs. 10,000) at the payment portal SBI Collect

  3. Step-3: Download the fees payment receipt generated at the payment portal in Step 2.
  4. Step-4: Login at the application portal (https://iitgoa.ac.in/IITGoa_SAP/COURSE/) using the email ID used in Step-1.
  5. Step-5: Fill up the form after login in Step-4, including uploading photograph, fees payment receipt etc.
  6. Step-6: Submit the form
